Feeling cold leads to weight loss!

The latest studies on weight control, which lasted 10 years dealing with the effects of cold on metabolism, revealed that cold helps to lose weight. The researchers concluded that warm homes and offices can contribute to increasing the width of the waist and weight gain.

The study showed that flutter happens to the body as a reaction to low temperatures, and consumes about 30% of the body's energy, which means that low temperatures significantly raise the rate of burning calories, rather than being stored as fats.

A previous study conducted at Finnish University of Turku that used winter in weight loss, revealed that exposure to low temperatures can stimulate the fat tissues in the body responsible for the burning of fats and sugars in order to produce heat. These tissues are found in the waist, shoulders, and neck where cold increases the consumption of glucose about 15 times more than regular consumption, which is equivalent to 4 kilograms of accumulated fats in the abdomen and thighs.
