His Highness Amir urges Yemeni parties to continue peace talks
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah urged Yemeni parties to continue the UN-mediated and Kuwait-hosted peace talks to help restore Yemen's security and stability.
 
His Highness the Amir's call was made during his reception of heads of the Yemeni negotiating teams at Bayan Palace Wednesday.
 
His Highness the Amir received today First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and UN Special Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed.
 
During the meeting, His Highness the Amir reviewed recent developments of the intra-Yemeni peace talks.
 
His Highness the Amir also received Yemeni Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Abdulmalik Mikhlafi.
 
His Highness also met with head of the General People's Congress delegation Aref Al-Zouka and the head of Ansarullah movement delegation Mohammad Faletah.
 
During the meetings, His Highness reiterated his call for Yemeni negotiators to continue peace consultations to help restore Yemen's security and stability.
 
The meetings were attended by Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah and Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Suleiman Al-Jarallah.
